Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet
1 jalapeno- seeded and julienned
1 scallion- julienned, set aside some for garnish
1 tsp minced ginger
½ cup somen tsuyu
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
¼ tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine somen base, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Place salmon on a "boat" of aluminum foil, with sides inverted up. Rub salt on both sides of salmon.
- Pour sauce mixture evenly over salmon. Sprinkle paprika, jalapeno, ginger, and scallion evenly over salmon. Marinate for approx 30-45min.
- Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20min (depending on thickness of filet).
- Drizzle a bit of the jus on top of salmon before serving. Garnish with a small bit of scallions.
