Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup polenta
pinch of kosher salt
Directions:
- Combine water and cream in medium
sized pot. Set on medium heat.
- Once liquid comes to boil, add
polenta. Let cook for 2-3min. Once you see clumps start to form, then
begin stirring.
- Once polenta comes to an almost
oatmeal-like consistency, turn off heat. Stir in a pinch of salt to taste.
- Serve immediately.
