S'Mores Bar



Special Equipment:
Electric mixer
Mixing bowl
Medium bowl
8 x 8 baking pan
Parchment paper














Ingredients:
1 stick unsalted sweet butter
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp kosher salt
10oz bittersweet chocolate chips
7oz jar of marshmallow fluff

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In medium bowl, with a spoon thoroughly blend flour, cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In the mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  5. Slowly add flour/cracker mixture slowly into mixing bowl and blend thoroughly.
  6. Line baking pan with parchment paper, making sure to leave paper over sides of pan.
  7. Use about half dough mixture and press onto bottom of pan.
  8. Spread chocolate chips evenly onto of dough and very lightly press into dough.
  9. Spoon marshmallow fluff bit by bit and spread evenly as possible on top of chocolate.
  10. Measure out parchment paper roughly the length of size of pan.
  11. Take remaining dough mixture and roll out onto parchment paper to cover as much surface area as possible. Don’t worry of if it seems like there’s not quite enough dough.
  12. Carefully flip dough onto surface of marshmallow fluff. If any dough falls, just flatten against palm of your hand and lay onto any uncovered surface.
  13. Bake for 30-35min or until lightly browned.
  14. Remove pie and cool completely before cutting.
