Ingredients:
3 kiwi- peeled and
quartered
1 medium onion-
peeled and quartered
1 Fuji apple- peeled,
cored, and quartered
8oz can pineapple in
juice- reserve juice
¼ cup seasoned rice
vinegar
5 tbsp sugar
Directions:
- Combine half of portion of all fruit and onion into blender. Use puree option and slowly add sugar, vinegar, and pineapple juice.
- Slowly add rest of fruit and carefully nudge rest of fruit and onion down to puree completely.
- Keep refrigerated in a tightly sealed sterilized jar for up to 2 weeks. If dressing separates, shake well.
