Ingredients:
1 poached chicken breast
3 cups blanched broccoli florets
1 small red onion- very thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper- thinly sliced lengthwise
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
sesame oil
sesame salt
fresh ground pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl, tear chicken breast into large chunks. Season with soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and ½ tsp sesame salt. Toss thoroughly and taste. Adjust if necessary.
- Shake away any excess water from broccoli and pat with paper towel if necessary. Season with 1 tbsp sesame salt and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Toss thoroughly.
- Combine broccoli with chicken and onions. Add a few cracks of fresh ground pepper and toss thoroughly. Set aside to let the flavors meld for approximately 30min. Serve at room temperature.
