Spicy Dumpling Dipping Sauce

~There are many variations for dumpling sauce. I always like to make my own whenever I cook up a batch of jiao zi.  You can of course, adjust for a sweeter, saltier, spicier, or tangier version of your own. 












Ingredients:
1 tsp Chinese red vinegar
½ tsp sugar
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 ½ tsp garlic chili sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions:
  1. In a small bowl, combine sugar and vinegar first to ensure sugar dissolves completely. Add rest of ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately with your choice dumplings.
