~I have found that people who have to have a dipping
sauce for their steak, tend to fall into one of two categories; either horseradish sauce
or A1 Steak Sauce. My husband falls into
the former category. After noticing that we went
through bottle after bottle of creamy horseradish sauce, I finally took a taste
and decided it was not complicated enough to keep investing. It's a nice, tangy, sweet sauce with a kick.
Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp fresh ground
pepper
pinch of salt
Directions:
- Combine
all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust according to preference. If it has too much kick, add more mayonnaise. Cover and store
in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
