~Even more so than discovering
innovative recipes, my favorite section of food magazines is the tips and
techniques. Cooks Illustrated is likely the most educated and
instructional of all the food magazines out there. They test out theories,
different methods, and gadgets as well. I created this section to share
the methods which interest me, as well as pass on the few things I have learned
along the way.
